Reality-Based Self-Defense for Women

This class is a ½ day (4 hour) training course designed to provide women with the most simple and effective strategies for surviving a violent encounter. Students from this class will learn easy tips to enhance their safety, how to Managing Unknown Contacts, Use Effective Striking to Damage an Attacker & Improve Position, Defend Against Common Holds & Attacks as well as learn about the proper mindset for dealing with violence. Toward the end of the class students will be put to the test through a realistic scenario exercise in which they will be attacked, and their mission is to fight back and escape to safety.
