About the event
This 4 hour training course is designed to educate and empower women with effective self-defense principles and tactics. Â Unlike most Women's Self-Defense classes which often times overwhelm with techniques that are hard to execute we focus on the most basic effective principles and strategies for avoiding, surviving and escaping a violent encounter.Â
About the Instructor:
Jarrod Anderson is a 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with 20+ years of martial arts experience. Â Through his company Apex Combat Solutions he has become one of South Florida's top instructors of Self-Defense and Combatives for Law Enforcement and Civilians.Â
